Upload Media Files

In OnSign, you can upload files before or after creating a campaign in the system. You may upload files directly into your individual folder for testing, but should always upload campaign files to your shared department folder.


Upload Files to OnSign

  1. Upon logging in, the Content area should be your default screen.
  2. Open the folder named TXST Departments and locate your department folder.
  3. Inside your department folder, select New > Upload Files. (Orange button located at the top left of your screen)
  4. Browse for and select the files you want to add to the campaigns.
    • Alternatively, you may drag files into this screen.
  5. Select Open or click enter and wait until the media is uploaded. It might take seconds or minutes depending on the file size.

 

Upload Files After Creating a Campaign

  1. Select New > Campaign on OnSign TV account homepage
  2. Scroll down the campaign editor page to the Content area. Select your department folder located within the TXST Departments folder.
  3. Inside your department folder, select New > Upload Files. (Orange button located at the top left of your screen)
  4. Browse for and select the files you want to add to the campaigns.
    • Alternatively, you may drag files into this screen.
  5. Select Open or click enter and wait until the media is uploaded. It might take seconds or minutes depending on the file size.

 

 

The following file types can be uploaded into the system:

  • Videos (MKV, AVI, MP4, MPG, MPEG)
  • Images (JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF)
  • URL's
  • Web files (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Flash animations (SWF)
  • PDF files
  • Zip files containing multiple media
