Pause Campaign Feedback on Specific Devices

To pause campaign feedback on a specific device:

  1. From your account, select the Players tab
  2. Select the device you would like to pause the campaign exhibition for
  3. From the left menu, click on Campaigns in Player
  4. Select the desired campaign and click Pause
    You can select multiple campaigns
  5. Confirm you want to pause the campaign
    You will need to wait a moment for the player to synchronize
  6. The paused campaigns will receive a label to the left of the campaign title. Whenever you want to resume the campaign, click the green button and confirm the actions
